Vehicle Deposits
Deposits accepted by Motor Cars Of Chicago are non-refundable. Once a deposit is received and accepted, the vehicle is held from active sale for 72 hours. Additional hold time may be requested, but any extension must be reviewed and approved by management in writing. Deposit terms are subject to the final purchase documents and applicable law.
Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
Deposits accepted by Motor Cars of Chicago are non refundable. Once a deposit is received and accepted, the vehicle will be removed from active sale and reserved for the customer for up to 72 hours. Any request to extend the hold period must be submitted in advance and approved by management in writing. Deposits may be applied toward the final purchase price but are not refundable due to a change of mind, financing issues, failure to complete the purchase, or other circumstances unless otherwise required by applicable law. All deposits and vehicle purchases remain subject to final purchase documentation, dealership policies, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Wire Transfer
Bank wire deposits are accepted with confirmed remittance details from your financial institution.
Cash
Cash deposits may be accepted in person and must be verified by our sales or management team.
Zelle
Zelle deposits are accepted when sent to the dealership-approved account and confirmed by our team.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay deposits may be accepted when available and approved for the transaction.
Venmo
Venmo deposits may be accepted only through dealership-approved payment details.
Cash App
Cash App deposits may be accepted only after the payment destination is confirmed by our team.
